Make Your Christmas Bright at the Macy’s Grand Tree Lighting Celebration

For millions of guests each year, a trip to visit the Galleria Dallas and its iconic 95-foot Christmas tree is a treasured holiday tradition. The experience is made even richer when guests visit during Macy's Grand Tree Lighting Celebrations. Each free holiday show features Missile Toes, Galleria's ice-skating, back-flipping, pyrotechnic Santa, live performances from American ice skating champions, along with local children performing around the country's tallest indoor Christmas tree.

This year, Galleria Dallas will play host to an amazing array of national and international skating luminaries, including: 2012 U.S. National Champions Caydee Denney and John Coughlin, three-time U.S. National Champion and 2006 Olympian Johnny Weir, U.S. Silver Medalist Ricky Dornbush and 2011 U.S. Champion Ryan Bradley. The shows also feature local and regional youth skaters performing in colorful holiday costumes. Each show closes with the featured skaters and Missile Toes lighting the tree.
